摘要
论述了以山楂、莲心、牛磺酸、玉米胚芽油、乳酮糖等为原料研制奶粉伴侣的配方设计方法，以及喷雾干燥法微囊化生产奶粉伴侣的工艺条件。研究得到的配方对消除婴幼儿消化不良和食用奶粉后引起的上火有较好效果。以明胶、β－环状糊精为囊材，ＳＥ—１５和单甘酯为复合乳化剂，ＣＭＣ为稳定剂，在适当的用量下获得良好的微囊化效果。
Milk powder mate processed through spray-dried process is made from hawberry,plumula,nelumbinis.taurine,corn oil and lactulose etc.The product, which is made as this formula,has good effect indigestion and illness with symptone of heat caused by the milk powder.Gelatin,β-CD,SE -15,MDG and CMC are used to well make the microcapsule.
