摘要
中国传统文化中蕴含着大量的教学资源能促使青年形成积极、健康、向上的人格,值得高校教育工作者在实际工作中应用,具体内容主要表现为四个方面:“文质彬彬”的素质结构;“有所为有所不为”的价值取向;“执两用中”的思维方式;“和而不同”的处事原则。
The young people trying hard to form their active, healthy and progressive personality. This is full of value for staff members in higher education to apply in their work in chiefly the four aspects as follows: gentleness in quality, value-oriented in action, extreme-free in thought, and friendly but not compromise all the time in decision-making.
