摘要
针对复杂不规则型面成形铣刀齿形的设计,提出用数据建模方法设计铣刀齿形。该方法用多项式曲线方程递减坐标点分段拟合被加工工件的廓形尺寸坐标点,在成形铣刀有前角的情况下对齿形进行修正计算,不但消除了测试误差,使铣刀齿形得到了优化,而且使离散坐标点线性化,从而使计算机设计齿形曲线得以实现。采用辊压成形砂轮铲磨的特殊加工工艺,有效地解决了复杂型面铣刀齿形高精度的设计要求。生产实践表明,该方法提高了产品质量,缩短了生产周期,实现了计算机辅助设计与制造的有效结合。
Aiming at the design of intricate abnormity profiles of formed milling cutters, the paper presented data modeling method to design milling cutters' profile, using polynomial curve formulas with degression coordinates separating to fit the coordinates of workpiece profiles to be machined. The paper also presented how to amend milling cutters' profile with big rank,it eliminated testing error, and optimized the design of milling cutters' profile by linearizing the discrete coordinates, as a result, the curve of milling cutters' profile can be drawn by computer. By adopting special manufacture technology of rolling molded grinding wheels, the high precision can be satisfied effectively, manufacturing practice shows that the method enhances the quality of products, reduces the period of production, and effectivelv integrates CAD and CAM.
