摘要 随着云南电网的迅猛发展,断面稳定输送功率越限问题日益突出。传统的自动发电控制(AGC)在安排机组出力时只考虑机组的调节能力,未考虑整个系统的安全约束,在控制中易引起稳定断面的越限。文中提出将AGC与安全约束调度、灵敏度分析、超短期负荷预报有机结合,在AGC中实现稳定断面有功传输功率的控制,从而构成安全稳定闭环控制系统。在云南电网的实际工程应用表明,该方法可以有效地将稳定断面有功功率控制在允许范围内,保证电力系统的安全稳定运行。 Along with the fast development of Yunnan electric power system, tie line over-load has become an increasingly serious problem. But, traditional automatic generation control (AGC) only takes the regulation abilities of the generation units into account during the arrangement of generation units output, without regarding to the security restriction of the whole system. So, the power flow of tie line exceeds the limit frequently by normal adjustment of AGC. This paper proposes that by integrating the AGC with security constrained dispatch (SCD) and network sensitivity analysis (NSA) and super-short-term load forecasting (SSTLF) to constitute a closed-loop control system, the active power control of tie lines is implemented. The approach has been implemented in the energy management system (EMS) of Yunnan Province and the results demonstrate that it's practical and valid.
