摘要
对零件的粗、精加工过程应用多重子程序编程,实现程序结构模块化,并以此实例说明有关G指令的合理使用以及程序中粗、精加工的切削用量的选择问题。灵活运用多重子程序技术,能充分发挥数控机床的最大功效。
This paper discusses multi - ply subroutine programming of roughing and fine machining. The programming structure modularization may be realized by this way. Through this multi - ply subroutine programming example, the paper accounts,for reasonable usage of some G - instructions and cutting parameters' selection of roughing and fine machining in the programming. While the programming applies multi - ply subroutine flexibly, the most efficacies of NC machine tools can be exerted fully.
