摘要
瑜伽是一项新兴的运动项目。本文通过对其内涵、产生和发展及动作要素进行探讨与研究,阐述了大学生学习瑜伽不仅可以陶冶情操、开发智力、锻炼身体,而且还有着积极的社会意义,并就目前高校开设瑜伽课提供可行性依据和参考意见。
Yoga is a newly developed item.This paper studies the eonnotation,origin,development and movement factors of yoga.By learning yoga, university students can improve their moral standard, develop their intelligenee and strengthen their body. Yoga teaching help develop sociological value. It tries to improve potential advantage and function as well as some reasons and opinions about the feasibility of establishing the yoga.
