摘要
以4极6齿外转子永磁电机为例,通过有限元算法计算,定量分析了永磁电机齿槽力矩,并分析了定子齿冠开槽对齿槽力矩的抑制效果,对齿冠槽的结构和尺寸进行了优化设计。
In this paper, the cogging torque of a 4 - pole 6 -slot permanent magnet motor was analyzed quantificationally using finite element method. The main attention was paid on the effect of stator teeth notching on cogging torque reducing, and the design of the shape and size of notches is optimized.
