摘要
在市场经济条件下,高校扮演着双重角色:向社会提供人才产品(毕业生)的工厂角色和向学生提供教学服务的服务机构角色。为了增强市场经济条件下高校的竞争力,高校必须树立“大学经营”的理念。
In market economy, universities are Dlavine a dual role: firstly, affording "product" (graduates) for the public ; secondly, affording the service to the students. In order to increase the capability of universities which are in market economy, We ought to form an idea of "managing a unversity" .
