摘要
在电力系统规划设计阶段,在确定电力系统合理的网络结构时,要体现最经济的原则.地方电网中变电所最优供电范围的计算可简化为一个线性运输模型,利用这个模型,对确定变电所最优供电区简便、可行,在选择变电所位置和确定供电线路时能实现技术和经济上的最优,从而可取得最佳的经济效益.
In phase of programming and designing the power system,in order to determine the reasonable network structure, the most economical principle is the key basis. The calculation of optimum service area in locally-administered state network can be simplified as a linear transportation model. According to this model, it is simple and feasible to determine the optimum sevice area of substation, it can also realize the optimization of technology and economy in locating the substation, determining the supply line and distributing the load. This can gain the best economic benefits.
