碘缺乏儿童补碘前后EEG、BEAM及智商研究

Changes of EEG, BEAM and intelligence quotient in children with iodine deficiency disorers before and after iodine supplementation

摘要 对70名无神经系统阳性体征的缺碘儿童进行脑电图、脑电地形图和智商检测,并与35名正常儿童对照,结果为缺碘组诱发慢波异常26例,尖波10例,两者均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两颞及右中央的α_1或α_2功率值及智商值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,将70名缺碘儿童平分为治疗组和安慰组,半年后复查发现治疗组上述异常慢波及α_1、α_2功率值恢复正常。 EEG,BEAM and intelligence quotient (IQ) were determined in 70 neurologic asymptomatic children with iodine deficiency disorders (IDD group). Thirty-five normal children matched with age and sex were taken as control group. The result in IDD group showed that the sharp wave (in 10 children) and evoked slow wave (in 26) were significantly increased (P<0. 01) and that IQ and the a_1 or a_2 band power on bitemples and right center were remarkably decreased (P<0. 05).Seventy children with IDD were equally subdivided into treatment group and placebo group. It was found that the recovery of slow wave and a_1 or a_2 band power was observed in the treatment group six months later.
