摘要 对94例高血压病人进行诱发电位、经颅多普勒(TCD)、计算机体层摄影(CT)的对比研究。结果显示高血压病早期,诱发电位和TCD出现异常,而CT正常。诱发电位的异常率随着高血压病情加重而呈递增趋势。高血压Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者TCD异常率明显高于Ⅰ期。结论:高血压病早期,CT阴性时TCD及诱发电位即异常,可以作为早期预测脑血管病的客观指标。 Evoked potential(EP),transcranial Dopplar(TCD) and CT were studied in 94 patients with different stages of hypertension. The results showed that in the early stage of hypertension,the findings of CT were normal,but the evoked potential and TCD were abnormal and the abnormality rate of evoked potential increased as hypertension aggravated. The abnormality rate of TCD in stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ. It was concluded that in the early stage of hypertension, TCD and EP were abnormal, while CT was negative, suggesting that TCD and EP might be served as the objective index for early predicting the CVD.
