摘要
采用溶剂法并通过合适的改性工艺,将纳米ZnO粒子和SBS加入基质沥青中,制得纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青.通过荧光显微和电镜技术对纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青进行微观结构分析,采用红外光谱法对纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青共混机理进行研究.结果表明:采用溶剂法制备得到的纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青可以很好地发挥纳米ZnO的特点,改善SBS在基质沥青中的分散效果,提高SBS与沥青界面相的结合能力.纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青的制备是一个复杂的物理化学过程,改性过程中既发生了物理变化也发生了化学反应.SBS与沥青主要是物理改性,而纳米ZnO与沥青主要是化学改性.
Solvent method and suitable technique were used to get the nanometer ZnO/SBS modified asphalt, by putting nanometer ZnO and SBS into asphalt. Fluorescence optical microscope and electron microscope were used to analyze the microstructure of the modified asphalt. The cross blend mechanism of the modified asphalt by IR was also studied. The result indicates that if nanometer ZnO/SBS modified asphalt is made by solvent method, it can make full use of ZnO's benefits to make SBS on a micro-meter scale in the modified asphalt, and improve the combinative ability on the interface of SBS and asphalt. It is a complex physical and chemical process in making the nanometer ZnO/SBS modified asphalt, the major character of SBS and asphalt is physical reaction, while the major character of nanometer ZnO and SBS is chemical reaction.
