摘要
目的探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(low density lipoprotein receptor,LDLR)基因HincⅡ多态性与高血压的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment lengthpolymorphism,PCR-RFLP)方法,测定高血压组86例,对照组120例的LDLR基因型。结果LDLR分CC、CT、TT三种基因型。高血压组CC型、CT型、TT型分别占18.60%、65.12%、16.28%,对照组分别为1.67%、75.83%和22.50%,高血压组CC型较对照组有增高趋势(P<0.05)。高血压组C等位基因频率为26.74%,对照组为12.92%,高血压组C等位基因频率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压组C等位基因频率高于对照组,提示低密度脂蛋白受体C等位基因可能在高血压的发病机制中发挥作用。
Objective To determine the relationship between low density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR) gene HincⅡ polymorphsim and hypertension. Methods The LDLR genotypes of study group consisted 86 cases and control group included 120 individuls were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP). Results LDLR included three genotypes (CC, TT and CT). The genotype CC, TT and CT were 18.60%, 65.12% and 16.28% respectively in the hypertensives, while in controls the percentage was 1.67%, 75.83% and 22.50% respectively( P〈0.05). There was a higher frequency of CC genotype in hypertensives as compared with that of controls. The frequencies of C allele in hypertensives and controls were 26.74% and 12.92% respectively. The frequency of C allele in hypertensives was higher than that in controls( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The frequency of C allele in hypertensives was higher than that in controls. It suggested that LDLR C allele might play a role in the pathophysiology of hypertension.
