摘要
通过对咨询馆员、参考馆员和学科馆员的比较研究,明确这种角色转变是参考咨询工作发展的必然。同时强调咨询馆员、参考馆员和学科馆员在参考咨询工作中应动态平衡地发展,共同构成参考咨询服务体系。最后展望了以学科馆员制度为代表的参考咨询服务发展的新趋势。
With comparative study on consultation librarian, reference librarian and subject librarian, the paper detines that role changes of librarian is the development trcnds of reference services. At the same time, it is emphasized that consultation, reference and subject librarians should be developed dynanfically and equally. They construct the reference system together. Finally, the paper prospects the developing subject librarian system as the foreland of reference service.
