糖尿病视网膜病变血小板膜糖蛋白及血小板聚集功能的检测意义 被引量:2

Significance of detection of platelet membrane glucoprotein and platelet aggregation function in diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨血小板CD62p、CD63的表达及聚集功能的变化与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法对35例糖尿病视网膜病变患者分别用流式细胞仪和多功能血液聚集仪测定血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、CD63的表达及聚集功能,并与糖尿病无血管并发症组和健康对照组比较。结果糖尿病视网膜病变组血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p(8.74±3.01)、CD63(9.38±3.25)的表达及聚集功能(58.9±9.7)均分别显著高于健康对照组的2.89±1.72(P<0.001)、3.06±2.11(P<0.001)、33.7±12.4(P<0.001)和糖尿病无血管并发症组的6.02±2.78(P<0.001)、6.89±2.97(P<0.005)、4.51±8.90(P<0.001);糖尿病无血管并发症组又均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.001)。结论血小板活化与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展有密切联系。血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、CD63和聚集功能的检测,对糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断及早期预防和治疗具有重要临床价值。 Objective To investigate the change of platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62p, CD63 expression and platelet aggregation function in diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy. Methods Platelet membrane glueoprotein CD62p and CD63 expression were analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM)and their adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation function was determined in diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy,and compared with those of diabetes mellitus patients without vascular disease,and normal controls. Results The positive rates of CD62p,CD63 and the rate of platelet aggregation function in diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy were(8. 74±3. 01 ), (9.38±3.25)and( 58. 9±9.7), significantly higher than those in normal controls 2. 89±1.72 (P〈 0.001),3.06±2.11 (P〈0. 001),33.7±12.4(P〈0. 001)and in diabetes mellitus patients without vascular disease 6.02±2.78(P〈0. 001),6.89=[=2.97(P〈0. 005) ,45.1±8.90(P〈0. 001);the diabetes mellitus patients without vascular disease were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P 〈0. 001). Conclusion The measurement of platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62p,CD63 expression and platelet aggregation function have important clinical value for the early diagnosis or prevent and treatment of diabetes mellitus with retinopathy.
