摘要 Ba(Ⅱ)、Sr(Ⅱ)、Ca(Ⅱ)与偶氮胂Ⅲ发生灵敏的显色反应,显色络合物的吸收光谱严重重叠,各组分间相互干扰,用主成分回归及偏最小二乘法结合分光光度分析同时测定了人工合成样品中3组分的含量。通过对测定结果的统计比较,发现结合高效的均匀实验设计,两种方法均可取得令人满意的结果。 The absorption spectra of the colored complexes formed between arsenazo Ⅲ with Ba( Ⅱ ), Sr( Ⅱ ) and Ca( Ⅱ ), respectively overlapped severely. A spectrophotometric method was developed for the simultaneous determination of barium, strontium and calcium in synthetic samples using principal component regression method or partial least squares method to resolve the overlapping spectral data. Results of the t-test indicated that there was no significant difference between the two methods, if they were combined with uniform experimental design. Satisfactory results could be obtained from both the PCR and the PLS.
