摘要
为监测畜产品中克伦特罗和沙丁胺醇残留,建立了一种适于猪肝等生物组织样品的毛细管电泳-质谱联用分析方法。优化了克伦特罗和沙丁胺醇两种β-激动素的毛细管电泳分离和质谱检测的条件。样品经预处理后,用毛细管电泳-质谱联用分离分析,电泳分离时间小于6 m in;在最佳实验条件下,克伦特罗和沙丁胺醇的检出限分别为0.4和0.3μg/kg。方法灵敏度高、特异性强,测定结果准确可靠,可用于畜产品中克伦特罗和沙丁胺醇残留的确证性检测。
A capillary electrophoresis - mass spectrometric method was established for determination of clenbuterol and salbutamol in biological organs such as porcine liver. The conditions such as sample pretreatment, electrophoretic separation and mass spectrometric detection were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the analysis time was 6 minutes after pretreatment. The detection limits of clenbuterol and salbutamol were 0. 4 and 0. 3 μg/kg, respectively. The method is sensitive and reliable, and suitable for determination of clenbuterol and salbutamol in animal products.
