摘要
本文阐述了人性化服务的涵义、必要性以及人性化服务的理念和具体的方式,目的是想通过强调人性化服务来改善现代图书馆的服务质量,使图书馆的服务和现代社会的发展趋势相一致。
This paper describes the connotation of humanization service and necessity as well as humanization service concept and its concrete ways in the hope of improving service quality of modem libraries by means of emphasizing humanization service so as to make library service keep pace with the development of modern society.
