摘要
对赣南信丰绿茶中的主要成分蛋白质、茶多酚、咖啡碱的含量进行测定,其结果分别为20%~27%,14%~25%,3%~4%,与文献值相符,相对标准偏差在0.7%~6.5%,结果满意.
The methods for the determination of protein, tea polyphenol and caffeine in tea- leaves are described. The results are 20 % ~27 %, 14 % ~25 %, 3 %~ 4 %. The R.S.D range is 0. 7 % ~6.5 %. The results are satisfactory.
