摘要 从基于知识的诊断角度出发,针对FMS的结构特点和故障传播形式,提出了一种基于故障树分析法的FMS层次诊断模型.详细介绍了模型的设计思想。 From the angle of knowledge based fault diagnosis and in view of the structural features and fault propagating form of a FMS, a hierarchical reasoning model for the diagnosis of FMSs based on the fault tree analysis method is put forward. The ideas of design, modeling process and reasoning control strategy of the model are described in detail. An applied example of the model is given. All kinds of diagnostic knowledge for FMSs including metal knowledge, physical knowledge and experiential knowledge have been used. It is an integrated hierarchical diagnosis model that is very suitable for the diagnosis of highly complicated manufacturing systems like a FMS.
