摘要
研究了用硫酸亚铁还原浸出低品位氧化锰矿的工艺过程,考察了硫酸亚铁的加入量、硫酸初始浓度、反应温度和浸出时间等各种工艺参数的影响,讨论了浸出过程的动力学.实验结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,锰的浸出率可达98%以上。
The process of reduction leaching of low grade oxidic manganese ores with FeSO 4 was investigated. The effect of various process parameters including quantity of ferrous sulphate addition,concentration of sulphuric acid,reaction temperature and leaching time was studied. Kinetics of the leaching process were discussed. The experimantal results showed that more than 98% of manganese extraction can be obtained under the optimum conditions and rate of the leaching reaction can be discribed by the equation ln(1- α ) -1 =( kt) m .
