摘要
建筑策划是指建筑师根据总体规划的目标设定,从建筑学的学科角度出发,以经验、规范和时态调查为基础,通过运用计算机等现代科技手段对研究目标进行客观分析,最终得出实现既定目标所应遵循的方法及程序的研究工作,是与城市规划,城市设计和建筑设计都有关联的一个领域,是现代行业社会分工细致化、明确化的体现。它需要建筑师和发展商协作共同完成。本文通过分析的项目就是这样一个典型案例,希望能为刚刚起步的建筑策划学科研究提供一些启示。
Architectural programming is one field releting to city planning, urban design and architectural more specific, it is a part of architectural theory framework Architectural programming should be finished by both sides, the architect and the developer. The item in this paper is one typical case.It needs communication between the client and the designer,So this paper wants to offer some inspiration for the future study of architectural programming.
