摘要
介绍了酶法提取植物油的多种工艺方法,讨论了有关工艺的影响因素,总结了酶法提油工艺的优点,并对酶法提油技术在鱼油提取中的应用前景进行了介绍。
In this review, the various technological methods of enzymatic extraction of vegetable oil are introduced. The various influence factors of technology are discussed. The advantages of the enzymatic oll extraction are summarized. The development and application of enzymatic extraction oil in extracting fish oil are introduced.
