摘要 为揭示造成竹材切削过程表面破坏性不平度的原因,合理制定竹材切削工艺,研究了竹材刨切过程表面破坏现象,分析了其破坏机理。首次提出竹材在纵向切削过程中产生坑状剥落,横向切削过程中随裂纹扩展方向不同出现三种不同形态的沟状剥落。 The wreck appearance of planed bamboo surface was studied and its mechanism was analyzed to explore the cause of bamboo surface wreck during planing. It is raised and named for the first time in this paper that pit type flaking occurs during longitudinal cutting while groove type flaking appears during transverse cutting, and the latter has three confirmation with different extending direction of crack.
