摘要
介绍了双波长比值法光纤高温测量技术的原理,以及它的热辐射信号分离技术:光敏管信号分离技术和波分复用信号分离技术。通过两者的比较,高温辐射信号经多模光纤波分复用器分离比经光敏管分离能使比值法的温度测量范围降低200℃,而且线性度更好,提高了测温计的测量范围和精度,更能满足工业实际应用的要求。
The principle of the dual - wavelength ratio technique of fiber optic high - temperature measurement, and the separation technique of its high -temperature radiation signal are introduced: the photosensitive diode signal separation and the multimode wavelength division multiplex signal separation. By comparing the results, the ratio temperature measurement range of the latter is 200℃ lower than the former one, and the linearity is better. It improves the temperature measurement range and precision, and could satisfy the requirements better in the industry application.
