摘要
介绍了一种利用ADS仿真器设计低噪声放大器的方法。先总体阐述了低噪声放大器的主要技术和性能指标,然后在采用NEC的2SC5507(NE661M04)管的基础上,依据低噪声放大器的各项指标来同步进行电路的设计、优化和ADS仿真,最后使得低噪声放大器的设计结果达到设计初期的期望值,并成功地完成了低噪声放大器的电路设计。
A method to design the Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) by using the ADS simulator is introduced. The main technology and performance indexes of the Low Noise Amplifier are described. The 2SC5507 (NE661M04) tube produced by the NEC is used, the design of the electric circuit, the optimization and the ADS simulation are proceeded based on each index of the low noise amplifier. The results of the low noise amplifier match the expected value of the initial period. The low noise amplifier circuit is designed successfully.
