摘要
目的:评价川芎嗪对肝缺血再灌注后大鼠肝线粒体功能的影响,并探讨其保护作用。方法:实验动物分为3组:阻断组、阻断+川芎嗪组和假处理组。肝线粒体分离后以氢电极法测定其呼吸活性。结果:肝缺血再灌注后大鼠肝线粒体呼吸比率、磷氧比值和氧化磷酸化效率均显著降低,应用川芎嗪能保持正常的线粒体功能。结论:川芎嗪具有保护缺血再灌注肝线粒体功能的作用。
Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine, a Chinese medicine, on mitochondrial function in rat liver after ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: All rats were divided into 3 groups:sham operation,ischemia-reperfusion untreated,and ischemia-reperfusion tetramethylpyrazine treated.Hepatic mitochondria were isolated and mitochondrial respiratory activity was assayed in a Clark oxygen electrode. Results: Respiratory control ratio (RCR), ratio of P/O and oxidative phosphorylation rate (OPR) were significantly declined after ischemia-reperfusion in rat liver, as compared with the sham operative rat.Treatment with tetramethylpyrazine could maintain the normal mitochondrial function after ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine has a protective effect on mitochondrial function in rat liver after ischemia and reperfusion.
