摘要
毋庸置疑,医院重点学科建设已经成为许多医院的战略决策。但是制约重点学科发展的突出问题依然很多。文章从分析问题入手,尝试运用项目管理的一整套思维、方法和工具,提出问题的解决思路,提示项目管理是优化现代医院重点学科建设管理的最佳途径。
Indubitably, the key discipline construction has been a strategic decision-making for many hospitals. However, there are many outstanding probiems that restrain the development of key discipiine. Beginning from the analysis of problems, this paper tried to use the ideas, methods and instruments of project management to put forward the way to solve the problems, which revealed that project management was a best way to optimize management of key discipline construction for modern hospitals.
