摘要
为提高高效能精梳机顶梳梳理效果,打好纺高品质精梳纱的基础,通过对精梳机顶梳梳理功能及影响顶梳梳理效果的因素分析,指出了顶梳梳针片安装方式、顶梳刺入深度、顶梳规格都是影响精梳条质量的因素。说明要提高顶梳梳理质量必须从以上因素入手,同时必须将锡林梳理与顶梳梳理结合起来,才能纺出好的精梳纱。
In order to improve the combing performance for qualty yarn, through analysis of combing performance as well as the factors involved with combing effect, conclusion is made that the factors involved with combed sliver includes installation of the needles of the top comb, the depth of needle embedding, specification of top comb. As a result, in order to improve the combing performance, the above-said factors should be considered with integration of cylinder combing and top combing.
