摘要
本科生导师制是我国高等教育改革的又一重大举措。基于本科生导师制的要求,教师和学生的角色都要发生相应的变化。在导师制下,教师是学生学习的指导者,是学生发展的促进者,也是一个学习者;学生要成为自主的学习者、合作者、研究者;师生关系应该是民主平等的对话式的师生关系。
Undergraduate's tutorial system is a great move of high educational reform in our country. On the basis of the demand for undergraduate's tutorial system, the roles of the teacher and student should change correspondingly. Under undergraduate's tutorial system, the teacher is an advisor of students' learning, a promoter of students' development, and also a learner. Students should become an independent learner, cooperator, and researcher. The relationship between teachers and students should be a conversational one, which is equal and democratic.
