摘要
本文针对酒泉钢铁公司连铸机的实际生产情况,通过有无结晶器电磁搅拌(MEW S)的对比试验在方坯连铸机上生产高碳钢,试验结果表明有电磁搅拌时的内外部质量明显优于无电磁搅拌;且当搅拌电流从100 A增大到300 A时,中心偏析、中心疏松和缩孔等级明显降低。
In connection with the actual conditions of JISCO slab caster,though the contrast test between with and without electromagnetic stirring to produce the high-carbon steel in continuous billet caster, the results showed the surface and inside quality of slab with electromagnetic stirring is superior to that of slabs without it. The center segregation and porosity and" the shrinkage cavity are obviously improved, when the stirring electric current rises from 100 A to 300 A.
