摘要
在东海大桥桥梁结构健康监测系统评估子系统中,用层次分析法建立了桥梁性能评价模型,分析确定影响桥梁结构性能状态的各因素及隶属度。对可量化的桥梁监测、检查数据以模糊推理法进行评估打分,对非量化的程度描述根据专家系统直接评估打分,综合分析计算后,得出各区段桥梁安全性、耐久性及使用性的评分,再以加权的方法最终确定大桥健康状态等级。实现了桥梁状态即时评估,为养护管理决策提供科学依据。
In the assessment subsystem of the bridge health monitoring system for Donghai Bridge, the analytic hierarchy process method is used to build up a bridge performance assessment model, and to analyze and determine each factor and subordinate degree affecting bridge structure performance or conditions. For the bridge monitoring and inspection data that are quantitative, the data are assessed and scored by the fuzzy reasoning method, while for the extent of the data that are non-quantitative, the data will be directly assessed and scored according to the expert system. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and calculation, the scores of safety, durability and serviceability of each section of the bridge can be achieved and the weighted factor method is then used to finalize the grades of the health conditions of the bridge. With all methods mentioned above, the real-time assessment of the health conditions of the bridge is realized and scientific bases of decision-making for maintenance and management of the bridge are thus provided.
