摘要
以水分散型环氧－丙烯酸乳液为基料制备了水性防腐涂料，并以铬酸锶－铁红－滑石粉颜料体系为例，讨论了ＰＶＣ、防锈颜料、烘烤温度与时间、分散剂、消泡剂、ｐＨ值等因素对涂料性能的影响。
A water-borne corrosion protective coating has been developed by use of water dispersed epoxy-acrylic emulsion as binder and pigmenting with strontium chromate-red iron-talc system. Factors influencing the coating properties, such as PVC, corrosion inhibition pigment, baking schedule, dispersing aid, defoamer and pH value were discussed.
