摘要
通过对远程开放教育的思考、对人才培养模式改革的认识、对教学实践环节的探索以及问卷调查、举例说明、实验等方式,从理论到实践对教学实践环节、对人才培养模式改革的影响与作用进行了较为深刻的分析与研究,强调了教学实践环节对电大人才培养模式改革的重要性与必要性。
By the thinking of the distance open education, the understanding to reform of the ＂personnel training model＂ and the discussion on ＂links of teaching practice＂, the author analyses and studies the influences and effects of which on the reform of the ＂personnel training model＂ with practical ways, and focus on its importance and necessity.
