摘要
本研究测定了酵母菌株A、B、C及苹果腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)对硫酸铜(铜离子)、多菌灵和代森锰锌的敏感性。结果表明:酵母菌株A、B、C对代森锰锌均较敏感,EC_(50)分别是0.13mg/L、0.06mg/L和0.06mg/L,远低于GB16333-1996中规定的水果蔬菜中35mg/kg的最大残留限量;苹果腐烂病菌对多菌灵具有较高的敏感性,EC_(50)为0.0225mg/L,远低于GB14870-94中规定的最大残留限量0.5mg/kg;酵母菌株A、C及苹果腐烂病对Cu\+\{2+\}敏感,其EC_(50)均小于我国食品卫生标准中规定的水果蔬菜中最大残留限量10mg/kg。这些结果表明,应用敏感菌系检测农产品中农药残留是否超标是可行的。
Sensitivities of yeast isolates A, B, C, isolated from edible yeast, and Valsa mall to fungicides copper sulphate, carbendazim and mancozeb were tested using the method that mixed fungicides into cultural medium. Results showed that yeast isolates A, B and C were sensitive to mancozeb. EC50 of the three isolates to mancozeb were 0.13, 0.06 and 0.06mg/L respectively, which were far lower than 35mg/kg, the bulletin of GB16333 - 1996 allowed Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) of mancozeb in vegetable and fruit. Valsa mall was sensitive to carbendazim and ECso was 0. 0225mg/L, which was lower than 0.5mg/kg, the bulletin of GB14870 -94 allowed MRL of carbendazim in food produces. Yeast isolates A, C and Valsa mall were sensitive to Cu^2+ and EC50 were less than 10mg/kg, the national allowed MRL of Cu^2+ in food produces. These results indicated that the methods to detected the whether the residues of fungicides exceed the MRL in food products with sensitive microorganisms as indicators was possible.
