抗菌不锈钢的抗菌效果研究

摘要 Cu离子注入不锈钢,其抗菌性能与饱和注入量有关。当注入能量为60keV时Φ0=1.2×1017cm-2,10keV时Φ0=1.92×1017cm-2,试样在接近饱和注入量时,具有最佳抗菌性能。采用饱和注入量注入的不锈钢,未进行抗菌处理也表现出优良的抗大肠杆菌效果,但对金黄色葡萄球菌的效果不佳。 There is a correlation between the antibacterial activity and the saturated fluence as the copper ion was implanted in the stainless steel. When the implantations's energy is 60keV and Ф0=1.2 × 10^17 cm^-2, 100keV 时Ф0=1.92×10^17cm^-2, and the sample is near the saturated fluence, the copper ion has the best antibacterial activity. If the saturated fluence is implanted in the stainless steel, we can see the fine antibacterial activity of E. coli bacilli even without the antibacterial treat with, but we can' t see the good antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureaus.
