金银花的成花过程及赤霉素和硼元素的调控作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 观察了金银花的成花过程,并对花期受激素及微量元素的调控作用进行了研究。结果表明,在展叶期喷施赤霉素可以使金银花花期提前,并可促进花蕾的膨大,使千蕾重增大,产量提高。其中,300 mg/L的赤霉素效果最显著;喷施微量元素硼对金银花成花过程影响不大。研究表明,适宜浓度的赤霉素可以使金银花的采收期提前,花期延长,并使产量增加。 The flowering process of the chinese honeysuckle was observed, and the effects of the hormone gibberellin and the trace element Boron were also investigated. The results showed that, during the time of leaf unfolding, utilization of gibberellin could promote the flowering process, and expand the flower buds, so the thousand-bud weight got higher and the yield was enhanced. Among these, 300 mg/L gibberellin solution got the most remarkable effect. Utilization of the trace element boron had less effect on the flowering process. It was concluded that the application of the proper concentration of gibberellin promoted the flowering, prolonged the process and enhanced the bud weight.
