摘要
应用数值模拟技术分析了钢质汽车同步器齿环塑性成形的工艺,确定了包括坯料尺寸在内的工艺参数。实际生产表明,采用优化的参数在齿环成形良好的前提下,可以有效地提高材料利用率,从而降低产品成本。
Numerical simulation was applied to analyze process of Steel Gear of the Synchronizer forming and process parameter including blank size was determined. According to the actual manufacturing, on the base that steel gear was well formed under optimized parameter, material utilization ratio was improved, reducing cost of the products.
