摘要
针对采用淬硬钢及高强度钢加工模具及工件的迅速增加、而传统的加工方法工效低、成本高这一问题,通过对加工技术要求和加工条件的分析比较,从硬车削加工的特点、加工方法、刀具的选用等几个方面进行论证,并通过在生产加工中局部应用对工艺方法进行验证,发现硬车削加工的方法完全能取代传统的加工方法,可大大提高生产效率和降低制造成本。
With more and more application of hardened and high strength steel in tool and workpiece machining and low efficiency and high cost of traditional machining, manufacturing technology and condition were analyzed and compared with respect to manufacturing characteristics, method and tool selection. Through partial application of hard machining in manufacturing, hard machining proved to be able to substitute traditional method. It can improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.
