摘要
长庆气田部分气井出现不同程度的井底积砂现象,对气井的正常生产和后期测试产生了一定影响。文中提出了采用连续油管高粘度液体携砂、氮气循环顶替欠平衡注入段塞式冲砂技术,经榆林、苏里格气田现场3口井试验,冲砂作业时间短,对储层伤害小,为低压、低产气井冲砂作业提供了一种新途径。
The phenomenon of down-hole sand invasion in many gas wells in Changqing gas field has definite influence on the normal production and the late testing. This paper put forward an underbalance injection sand washing technique of high viscosity fluid carrying sand and nitrogen circulation displacing. By the field tests in three wells in Yulin and Sulige gas field, the results showed that the technique costs little sand washing time and has lower damage for reservoir. Therefore, the technique provides a new path for sand washing operation in low-pressure, low yield gas well.
