摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了４０例肿瘤患者单次口服葡萄糖酸锌３０ｍｇ后的血清锌浓度。用一室模型分析所得的药动学参数为Ｋａ＝１．９５ｈ－１；Ｃｍａｘ＝０．４９μｇ／ｍｌ；Ｔｍａｘ＝１．８１ｈ，Ｋ＝０．４９３ｈ－１；ｔ１２＝１．４１ｈ；Ｖｄ／Ｆ＝２５．１３Ｌ。并根据其药动学特征，对给药方案进行了探讨。
The pharmacokineticcs of zinc gluconate were studeid in 40 patients with malignant tumors A single oral dose of zinc gluconate 30 mg was given to each patient,zinc serum-concentration was measured by AAS.Ka=1.95h -1 ,Cmax=0.49μg/ml, Tmax=1.81h,K=0.493h -1 ,t 12 =1.41h,Vd/F=25.13L.
