摘要
基于盐酸羟胺将Fe^3+还原为Fe^2+,剩余的Fe^3+用磺基水杨酸作显色剂,藉褪色分光光度法间接测定了盐酸羟胺,体系最大吸收波长λmax在460nm,盐酸羟胺质量浓度在0.8~19.2mg/L内服从比尔定律,其回归方程为A=0.0034ρ(mg/L)+0.0113,相关系数r为0.9992。该方法用于制剂中微量盐酸羟胺的测定,结果满意。
Hydroxylamine hydrochloride was determined by the sulfosalicylic acid fading spectrophotometric method, based on Fe^3+ reduced into Fe^2+ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sulfosalicylic acid as the color metric reagent for iron (Ⅲ). The absorption peak was at 460 nm where the Beers law was obeyed in the hydroxydamine hydrochloride concentration range of 0.8- 19.2 mg/L with the equation A=0. 003 4ρ(mg/L)+0. 011 3 and its relative coefficient r 0. 999 2. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of micro-amounts of hydroxylamine hydrochloride in preparations with satisfactory results obtained.
