圆管连铸结晶器爆炸修复技术的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 系统地研究了利用爆炸成形技术修复内腔严重磨损的圆管连铸结晶器的方法,并对爆炸修复的原理、变形能及药量计算等进行了分析。大量的实验结果表明,圆管结晶器的爆炸修复是可行的,修复后的结晶器在钢铁的连铸连轧生产中已得到成功的再次应用。 The present paper systematically introduces the method for repairing the badly worn out inner wall of the round tubular mould by the explosive renovation technique and analyzes the principle of the explosive renovation technique and calculates the detonation energy as well as the quantity of detonator required. Results of the numerous tests indicate that renovation of the round tubular mould by the explosive renovation technique is applicable and the renovated moulds by this technique have been successfully reused in the continuous casting-continuous rolling process.
