摘要
研究了乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷接枝SBS的反应。试验中采用红外光谱对纯化后的产物进行表征与分析;测试了接枝产物的粘接性能,讨论了温度、时间、引发剂含量和单体/SBS比值对剪切强度的影响,得出最佳改性配方;利用热重分析法测定了改性产物的热分解温度。实验表明:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷单体能增强SBS对极性材料表面的粘接性能,同时改善了SBS的热稳定性。
The paper studies grafting reaction of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene three block copolymers) by vinyltrimethoxysilane. The purified grafting product was characterized by infrared spectrum. Adhesive properties of grafting SBS were studied, the influences of temperature, time, and content of initiator and ratio of monomer/SBS to the adhesive shear strength were discussed and the best modified formula was obtained. The thermal decomposition temperature of the modified product was determined by the thermo-gravimetric analysis method. The results demonstrated that vinyltrimethoxysilane monomer can enhance the adhesive properties of SBS to polar material surface and improve the thermal stability of SBS.
