摘要
地铁地下街作为重要都市商业空间的延伸,特别是在商业密集型都市中,有计画的经营地铁地下街应能够创造巨大的商机。我国在近年来大规模开发地铁,同时也形成大量的地铁地下街空间,因此如何能够有效经营地铁地下街,并创造商业利益,已是我国地铁地下街所面对之重要课题之一。本文透过对台北捷运地铁地下街近十年来的经营经验研究,并对比台北捷运大街、台北东区地下街、龙山寺地下街..等地铁地下街的型态、经营模式与经营成效,找出台北市地铁地下街的经营特征,并同时讨论地铁地下街如何有效使用土地资源及未来地铁地下街的经营发展趋势,以期未来能创造出具有中国特色与有效利用地下空间的都市地铁地下街空间。
As an important extension of urban business space, especially within a Business Concentrated city, a well planned and organized Underground Street should be able to create a huge business opportunity to the city and its residents. In resent years, our country is developing Underground massively and at the same time creating so much Underground Street space. Hence, how to organize and operate an Underground Street effectively as well as creating enough business benefits becomes an important issue to every Chinese city authority, which is developing the Underground Street.
This dissertation is seeking for an Underground Street's operation feature, model and efficiency by analyzing the developing experience of a Metromall in Taipei, which has been operated for nearly a decade. The dissertation is not only searching for the operating characteristic of the Metromall in Taipei, but also trying to find out the future trend of using Underground Street's limited land resource and operating it efficiently. Finally, the dissertation is willing to give advices to the Chinese city authority, which is planning and developing a city Underground system, to create its own characteristic and use the Underground street space more effectively.
