摘要
报道了一种用于鞋胶的双组分水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,包括50%以上的高固含量水性聚氨酯分散体及水可分散多异氰酸酯固化剂的制备。测试结果表明,本实验所制得的样品具有较低的活化温度,范围在50- 75℃之间,且具有很好的耐热温度,耐温高达110℃。所制备的高固含量水性聚氨酯表现出优越的粘接性能,未加固化剂的单组分水性聚氨酯剥离强度(PVC/PVC)高达8.8N/mm。
This paper relates to two component waterborne polyurethane adhesive for footwear,comprises a waterborne polyurethane dispersion having a solid content of 50% ,and a water dispersible polyfunctional isocyanates used as cure agent. The polymers of this experiment are have low heat activation temperatures in a range from about 50-75℃ ,and develop heat resistance greater than 110℃. Without external cure agents,the unique one-component waterborne polyurethane displays excellent adhesive properties,T-peel strength test (PVC/ PVC) yielded a maximum value of 8.8N/mm.
