摘要
介绍一种用于焊缝跟踪的步进电机模糊控制系统的结构、组成和模糊控制的算法,该系统无需建立被控对象的精确数学模型,能够根据跟踪偏差进行参数自调整,并做出模糊推理和判断,校正步进电机驱动系统的非线性造成的较大跟踪偏差,实现自适应性的最优化控制,改善步进驱动系统的动静态特性,提高焊缝跟踪的精度。
The structure and composition and practical arithmetic of fuzzy control about a fuzzy control system of stepping motor for seam tracking is presented in this paper. The proposed system needn't set up precise math model for control object and can adjust parameter oneself by tracking warp and make fuzzy reasoning and estimate, can correct track warp caused by nonlinear phenomenon of stepping-motor drive system and realize adaptive optimize control and improve the characteristic of dynamic and static state of stepping driving system. The accuracy of seam tracking is enhanced obviously.
