摘要
本文从书目用户观、书目质量评价观念演变的角度,阐述了书目质量理念的拓变,并且在分析书目制作成本与效益、定额与质量等书目生产和管理中存在的各种矛盾的基础上,提出了构建质量评估工具、实施书目质量标杆管理等书目质量控制的策略。
From various angles of bibliographic user view and the evolution of appraisal idea of bibliographic quality, the development of bibliographic quality idea is elaborated. And in each kinds of contradiction of bibliographic production and the management and manufacture cost and benefit are analyzed, management strategy of bibliographic quality control is studied, including improvement of quality appraisal tool, benchmarking methods.
