摘要
通过对某型导弹捷联惯性测量组合测试系统现状的分析,提出了一套基于PXI总线的捷联惯性测量组合自动化测试系统的理想设计方案,确定了系统的硬件组成,并给出了软件流程图和软件模块组成,确定了LabWindows/CVI为软件开发平台,并对系统主要软件模块的编程进行了比较详细的介绍;与传统的惯组测试系统相比较,该系统有着技术先进、功能全面、集成的测试环境和强大的数据处理能力等突出优点;该测试系统为我们测试惯组提供了很大的方便,而且大大减轻了操作者繁琐的劳动。
The situation of the test system of Inertial Measurement Unit is analyzed, a design scheme of Auto test System for Inertial Measurement Unit based on PX1 is presented, and the composition of the system both in hardware and software is introduced, and the method of developing application program of the system based on LabWindows/CVI is described. Comparing to former test system, advanced technology, comprehensive functions, integrated measurement software environment and powerful data processing functions are main advantages of the system. The using of the auto- test system for inertial measurement unit will be of great benefit to the test of Inertial measurement unit.
