摘要
根据ECRH系统的要求,设计了以工控机为核心的ECRH高压电源反馈控制系统,其硬件采用研华的DI/DO,A/D,D/A,中断记数卡PCL-836等,软件运行环境选用MICROsoftDOS,利用C++V3·0编写软件,给出了控制流程和控制算法,采用两级前馈与PD反馈控制相结合的控制方法,使ECRH高压电源输出电压稳定度达到±0·5%;实验证明,该反馈控制系统不仅具有良好控制性能,并且具有可靠的保护功能。
in order to satisfy the requirements of ECRH system, the ECRH power supply feedback control system on industrial computer is designed, Some DI/DO, A/D, D/A and interrupt counter cards are used. Borland C++ V3.0 is chosen as program language under MICROSOFT DOS operation system. Control flow chart and control arithmetic are presented, the two step feed forward and PD feedback control is adopted. The output voltage stability of the ECRH power supply reaches the requirement of 0.5%. Good controlling properties and reliable protective properties of the feedback control system are proven by the experiment results.
